Our Process
Measurement & Ordering Guidance
We take precise rough-opening measurements and advise on the right window type, frame material, and glass package for your climate and budget.
Old Window Removal
Existing windows are carefully removed, minimizing damage to surrounding trim and siding. We inspect the rough opening for rot, moisture damage, or structural issues before proceeding.
Opening Preparation
The rough opening is squared, shimmed, and flashed with self-adhering membrane to create a waterproof barrier before the new window is set.
Window Setting & Leveling
The new window is placed, checked for plumb and level in all directions, shimmed tight, and anchored through the frame into the structural framing.
Flashing & Air Sealing
We install proper sill pans, head flashing, and low-expansion spray foam around the perimeter to prevent water intrusion and eliminate air drafts.
Trim & Finishing
Interior and exterior casing is reinstalled or replaced, joints are caulked, and the installation is thoroughly inspected for operation, lock function, and weathertight seal.
