Our Process
Design Consultation
We discuss your vision, take precise measurements, and advise on wood species, material type, and construction method — whether site-built or pre-fabricated and installed.
Detailed Measurement & Templating
For complex built-ins, we create templates of walls and openings to account for out-of-plumb walls, irregular ceilings, and other real-world conditions before any material is cut.
Fabrication & Pre-Assembly
Components are cut, assembled, and test-fitted in our staging area where possible, reducing on-site noise and mess and ensuring tight joints before installation day.
Installation & Scribing
Built-ins are set, leveled, anchored, and scribed to fit wall and floor imperfections seamlessly. Fillers and scribe molding are used to close any gaps to walls or ceilings.
Detail Work
Face frames, doors, drawer fronts, and decorative elements are fitted and adjusted for consistent reveals and smooth operation. Hardware is installed and adjusted.
Sand, Fill & Paint Prep
All joints are filled, surfaces are sanded smooth, and the installation is primed and spot-painted where needed — ready for your painter or delivered fully finished, your choice.
