Our Process
Concept & Measurement
We listen to how you want the space to function, sketch concept options, and take precise measurements — capturing every out-of-square corner, sloped floor, and irregular ceiling that needs to be accommodated.
Material & Finish Selection
We guide you through material options: paint-grade MDF for a seamless painted look, hardwood plywood for a natural finish, or solid wood for heirloom-quality pieces. Hardware and pull styles are selected at this stage.
Shop Drawings
For complex built-ins, we produce shop drawings showing dimensions, shelf spacing, door positions, and all key details. These are reviewed and approved before any material is cut.
Fabrication
Components are built in sections designed to fit through doorways and stairways. Joints are glued and fastened for rigidity. Doors and drawers are built to match the carcass dimensions exactly.
Site Installation & Scribing
Sections are brought in and assembled on site. Cabinets are leveled, fastened to the wall at stud locations, and scribed to close all gaps to walls, floors, and ceilings.
Hardware, Finishing & Touch-Up
Doors, drawers, and hardware are installed and adjusted. The unit is primed, painted or stained in the shop or on-site. A final detail inspection confirms fit, finish, and function.
