Our Process
Material Consultation & Layout Planning
We help you select the right product for your traffic level, room type, and existing décor. We calculate square footage, plan the layout direction, and identify any subfloor concerns before ordering.
Existing Floor Removal
Old carpet, vinyl, tile, or hardwood is carefully removed and disposed of. We take care not to damage walls, cabinets, or door jambs during removal.
Subfloor Preparation
This is the most critical step. We inspect for squeaks, high spots, low spots, and moisture issues — filling, sanding, and leveling the subfloor until it meets manufacturer tolerances.
Acclimation
Hardwood and some LVP products require time to acclimate to the room's humidity and temperature before installation. We coordinate timing to ensure materials are properly conditioned.
Installation
Flooring is installed following the planned layout with proper expansion gaps, adhesive or fasteners as required, and consistent alignment throughout. Tile jobs include professional grouting and sealing.
Trim & Final Inspection
Transition strips and quarter-round are installed, cut cleanly at all doorways and cabinets. We walk the completed floor checking for squeaks, gaps, or uneven boards before sign-off.
