Our Process
Scope Definition & Estimate

Permitting & Pre-Construction
Required permits are identified and pulled. Materials are ordered with appropriate lead times. The project sequence is mapped to coordinate our work with any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing subcontractors.
Demolition
Selective or full demolition is performed carefully to protect adjacent areas. All debris is removed from the site promptly to maintain a safe and workable environment.
Rough Work
Framing, rough mechanical rough-ins, and blocking for future fixtures are completed and inspected. This phase must be approved before walls are closed.
Close-In & Finish Sequence
Insulation, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, cabinets, and fixtures follow in the correct sequence — each trade completing their work before the next begins to prevent callbacks and re-work.
Punch List & Final Walkthrough
A comprehensive punch list is generated and completed before we request your final sign-off. We don't consider the project complete until every item is addressed to your satisfaction.
